Since 2007, Gamma Capital’s partners have led the structuring of more than 20 real estate projects, initially in Brazil. In 2015, the team relocated its operations to Portugal, establishing itself as a leader in project management in Lisbon.
Today, we have a multidisciplinary team that includes architects, business managers, builders, and auditors. This structure allows us to offer an all-in-one service and ensure access to strategic off-market opportunities before they reach the open market.

Lui
He began his career in 2007 at a real estate investment firm in São Paulo, initially focusing on investment management before taking over the group’s administrative and financial operations, managing assets exceeding 20 million euros through 2015. During this period, he contributed to the structuring of real estate ventures and the development of projects.
In addition, he co-founded Melhores Bairros, a company offering real estate services, and Imapla, a real estate startup. He was also a partner at PCorp, a real estate development firm based in São Paulo. In 2015, he moved to Lisbon and founded Gamma Capital, a company specializing in real estate consulting and development.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Finance from INSPER, as well as an Executive MBA.

Caldas
He began his career in the financial sector, focusing on wealth management and commercial operations. In 2014, he began working on project development at a family-owned investment firm active in the Brazilian real estate market since 2007, managing assets worth 20 million euros.
His role involved structuring new developments, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing asset acquisitions for real estate development. As a founding partner of Gamma Capital, a company dedicated to real estate investment and consulting in Portugal since 2015, he has led projects with a combined sales value of 70 million euros.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Brazilian Institute of Markets and Capital (IBMEC), a master’s degree in Management, and a specialization in Finance from the Portuguese Catholic University.
