It was created to meet the high demand from foreign investors focused on Portugal, especially in premium areas. Recommended for investors seeking to diversify their investments with a goal of high returns, while benefiting from the stability and solidity of investments in premium properties.

Investment Strategy

Real estate development or renovation;

Premium locations in Portugal;

Preferably residential projects;

Average project duration: 3 years;

Preference for assets with projects that have been approved or are in the approval process;

Liquid assets with significant appreciation potential;

Asset diversification: no single investment will account for more than one-third of the portfolio.

General Characteristics

Under the SIC regime, real estate income and capital gains are not subject to corporate income tax (IRC). Taxation occurs only if and when dividends are distributed. A 10% tax rate applies to non-residents of Portugal.
