The building is one block from Avenida da Liberdade.

Built in 1900 during the Pombaline period, the building is the most imposing on the street, with high ceilings in all apartments. It currently has four floors and will gain two more with the new project. With ornate ceilings and a historic skylight, the restoration will be an interesting challenge.
The project currently under development will feature more than 20 units, including lofts with one to three suites. It is the only project of its kind in the region and will offer apartments ranging from 95 to 160 square meters. It will be built with high-quality materials and top-of-the-line finishes, in keeping with the building’s grandeur and its location. The ground-floor and first-floor apartments will have balconies, and some will feature a small pool.
Sales began in December 2021, and construction is scheduled to be completed in 18 months.
